This sticker reminds us all how important it is to have positive self-talk. The way you talk to yourself matters. Obviously it’s cool if you talk aloud to yourself (we all do it and it can be helpful), but what I’m actually referring to are those thoughts that pop into our brains at times when we are least expecting them. What are you telling yourself when you look in the mirror in the morning? What do you say in your head when you make a mistake? Those thoughts are key to loving yourself.
